I was surprised to find such a caring and attentive restaurant in Cusco, Peru. The attentive service and the hot food served were perfect. I don't think there is a restaurant like this in Japan in terms of the explanation of the food and everything else. The beautiful Japanese hostess is a wonderful person, and it's a memorable restaurant that I would like to visit again next time I visit this area. The food and the deliciously arranged drinks were both excellent♪We were looking for craft beer, and we certainly found it. What we weren’t expecting was the truly amazing food. We unexpectedly received a delicious and artistic amuse-bouche to start. Our meals were also presented well but tasted even better. The beers were also well received and appreciated. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was quiet and stunning, looking out over the Plaza de Armas in Cusco. It had a spectacular view of the whole plaza. My wife and I are gluten intolerant and they were able to modify the meals to accommodate us. The lomo saltado was great and the orange and mango tea looked spectacular. The waiter was great he knew that soy sauce contained gluten.Absolutely amazing! We had the Natural and Corazon indomable cocktails to start and then the pork and the alpaca as our main dish. Everything was perfect: the presentation, the flavours, the pairings! The service was grest and the location priceless! Altogether we paid 200 soles and left full, and super satisfied!
