The service from the waiters is okay, passable if they had people there. On this occasion, I ordered something simple to see the portions. Honestly, if you can see the photo and remove the bread, what they give you is a portion. If you compare it to the price, it doesn't seem right. Also, the bread wasn't good. It seemed like they took it out of the refrigerator and tried to heat it up to bring it to you. I ordered a portion of pressed pork rinds and flour tortillas on the side to compensate for the portion of their egg and ham. It tasted good, a little cold because they seemed to forget. But the flour tortillas were terrible. They are the kind that, if you don't heat them well, they look or give the sensation that they are raw. As for the salsas, they are very poor, and they are not spicy at all. But the special case, I think, is that the manager spent his time at the bar, sitting hidden so that he couldn't be seen, and he was conspicuous by his absence during the entire stay there. I think if the manager or supervisor worked, I don't know what. The place could be improved I think the place is very nice and pleasant

Be careful when you are charged and go to pay by card because at least me and almost the entire table of my friends were charged an extra tip without warning, and it wasn't 15, me and a friend (who specifically told her "you charge 10, please") were given a 20% tip, we didn't realize until another more suspicious friend (and justifiably it seems) did her math and said "hey, did you charge me 15? I'm going to give you 10%" with that we checked our accounts from our apps (because she didn't give us a ticket either... suspicious seeing the situation) and we told her. Even that, he returned the money in cash, accepting the situation, he didn't even apologize haha, but clearly the annoyance is not about the money, it's because it is very unpleasant that they want to abuse the customer's trust, that they make you look bad, I repeat, it was not just one person, there were several, he charged two 15%, he charged two of us 20% and the rest who left without checking, who knows, surely the same. Terrible, the truth is that it upsets me that they want to make a fool of you like this, I will not return, I do not want to have to defend my right to give the tip that I consider correct, because the service was not even extraordinary, it was average. The place was hot, there was no air, the lemonade was tasteless, chilaquiles were okay. If the restaurant accepts tips, even if it is something obvious: I recommend not abusing the trust of your customers like this, it destroys everything you did well, I repeat, I will not return.

The food quality has dropped. I ordered Happy Love chilaquiles, which looked like they were made yesterday (all chewy), and I still wasn't going to leave a review. What prompted me to write a review was that when I was paying, I told the waitress to leave a 10% tip, which should have been $57.9. When I asked for my receipt and left the restaurant, I noticed the tip was $86.85, or 15%. They took advantage of the card payment method. Be careful! I won't be back.

The place is nice, it has an area for children and the food is delicious.
