Excellent

The food is excellent. My husband and I always come here, and we have the best experience possible. However, today, upon arriving, we saw that the menu we were used to had changed in terms of variety and price. The dish we loved most (hump risotto) had not only been removed from the menu, but it wasn't even listed on the à la carte menu anymore. We chose our dishes, and when they arrived, we were surprised to find that the ravioli with mignon was almost childish, with only 6 ravioli bathed in a lot of sauce. When we asked, we were told that the dishes on this menu were small, which also makes no sense, given that there were two other dishes on the table from the same menu, and they were very well served. It would have been ideal if the waiter had warned us that certain dishes were smaller, especially since that has NEVER been the case. In short, it seems to me that this renowned restaurant is a bit lost in its strategies, leaving something to be desired in what are already very good elements.

I have been a customer of Heaven for a long time, and today I am completely disappointed. The restaurant removed the hump risotto from the menu on weekends and I ended up ordering a “ravioli with mignon and bacon farofa”. To my surprise and disappointment, the dish literally contained 6 ravioli, each approximately 2 cm in size. Since I am a customer of the restaurant, I found it very strange and asked the manager who said he would speak to the chef, and the chef in turn said that this was not the first complaint, obviously, the portion of the dish was completely out of context, no less than the starter itself. Unfortunately, I lost my weekend restaurant.

I came to the restaurant because I follow Instagram and see photos of the dishes. To my surprise, my lasagna did not match the pictures or the flavor at all. The lasagna came in a small pan, different from the pictures, with a thick, unfinished edge and minimal filling. Here is the picture of my lasagna and the one on Instagram for comparison. And we still waited 45 minutes for our dish to come out.

Unfortunately, a disappointment. I went to the restaurant today with my husband, with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but dinner left something to be desired. The pasta wasn't tasty at all, and our table was in the middle of the mall hallway, with people constantly passing by—which completely ruined the experience. It's a shame; I expected much more.

Excellent atmosphere, impeccable and attentive service, very well prepared and tasty dishes.

I was delighted, what delicate and sophisticated food! Pleasant, cozy and elegant atmosphere!!!
