TL;DR: Terrible service, the waitress didn't know how to take an order well, so it took an hour and a half to bring us what we didn't order. Flavorless food, no napkins, not even glasses with ice for soft drinks.We ordered 2 medium-sized fish since the waitress told us there were no small ones, and when we asked her to replace the portion of slices with a salad in one of the orders, it seemed like we were speaking to her in Chinese. At first the drinks were brought to us badly, while we were expecting 2 other groups of people arrived who ordered, ate and left and they had not yet served us. When they were finally going to serve us, we ordered another round of drinks and again they brought us the wrong one. My partner ordered a Coca-Cola Zero and brought him a normal one, and when we complained to him he only came to put a can of Diet Pepsi on the table without saying anything. Finally they brought us our plates and a disaster. It turns out that what they didn't have were medium-sized fish so they brought us small ones without telling us, my partner's plate had 2 portions of salad and nothing else, while mine had tostones (which I didn't order, they are supposed to come sliced) and a portion of casamiento, without salad. The fish and the accessories were tasteless and cold, they seemed to have been on the counter for a long time, and when we asked the waitress (not at all attentive) to bring us salt and lemon to add to the dishes, she only brought a miniature salt satchel that did not even tickle the flavor of the food. With how stressed we were, we didn't even say anything to the useless woman. Hanging around the restaurant was who I imagine was the waitress's boyfriend, who looked like a gang member and stopped to change the music in the restaurant to something in bad taste. With the heat it was, they did not offer us to go to the private room with air conditioning. All this said, we left super angry and not satisfied, at least the place was clean and the only thing they gave us that was correct was the bill.

It's a very good place, they didn't remove the tree when they built the roof :)
