I absolutely love Casa San Francisco. The hotel is stunning and beautiful in every detail. I felt like being in a magic place, with the garden and the decoration, and the staff were incredible kind. I would for sure stay one more time 💖

Awesome hotel. Really relaxing. Great aircon. Tasty breakfast with a range of options. Good location. Clean pool. The staff are so helpful and flexible. They let me check out late to allow me to take a meeting from my room

The space itself is well-maintained, has beautiful gardens, and maintains details typical of its culture. In the room, I would upgrade the bathroom products to better quality/better-smelling ones. Also on the bed, I would add more pillows and a better-quality duvet, as the one covering the bed had a somewhat coarse texture. These things I mentioned are details that would enhance the guest experience and the value for money. The reception and restaurant staff are always attentive, friendly, and smiling! Thank you!

Staff we very friendly and helpful. The building has a nice charm. The beds were simple but comfortable, and the air conditioning made the heat bearable. We had a few different breakfasts over our 4 night stay. All were really tasty. We would happily stay there again. Drinks on the rooftop terrace was a good way to end the day.

We had a wonderful week in this delightful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. A wonderful sanctuary in an interesting city. We were made to feel very welcome and we hope to return one day.

Great location, charming, and great representation of colonial architecture. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and a single pillow per individual. Great restaurant and no wifi in the rooms upstairs.
