I love excellent service

I live in Mar del Plata and attended a health refresher course, which is part of my profession. The care, service, and cuisine were excellent. The spaces were beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Spectacular service, breakfast and spa.

I love this place! It's simply wonderful!!! The service is excellent, and the rooms, along with the spa, are truly stunning in their beauty and quality.

Good breakfast and location You can hear the noise of the restaurant cleaning in the room between 6 and 7 a.m. It's not a good value for money.

Although it's a nice hotel, very well located, with a good breakfast and excellent service, I was tremendously disappointed because I paid a REAL FORTUNE for the room and when I checked out, they charged me for a small bottle of water I drank in the room. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, staying at different hotels, many of them high-end. In my opinion, if you're a "high-end" hotel like they claim to be, you can't prove with your actions that you're not. They really prove that they're a fourth-rate hotel with the attitude they take with the hotties. I felt truly ripped off and mistreated by the hotel. A piece of garbage!!! Don't go. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. UNPRESENTABLE.
