The worst restaurant experience I've ever had.
The food is good, but the service is terrible.
I don't recommend it.Excellence in palatesNot recommended. Service: when I sat down no one came to bring me the menu nor was there a QR code on the table; I had to look up the menu myself on Instagram and then call a waiter to take my order. There were no napkins on the table. The food took 30 minutes to come out even though I was the only diner in the entire establishment. The waiter did not open my bottle of drink as is customary in these establishments. The waiter also referred to me to other people as "the girl" "the girl" and not as "the lady" or "the customer" which I did not expect from a restaurant of this level. Atmosphere: The employees make a lot of noise, one expects a calm and elegant atmosphere; But far from that, what you hear is the cashier shouting "Estebaaan" and a crowd of people at the front desk talking about spending money on nequi, paying a supplier, etc. There is a very strong smell of thinner throughout the establishment. The food: The food tastes good, but the quantities are tiny. I ordered a main dish and this one fit in the palm of my hand. They do not provide complimentary bread for pasta.Very nice place and excellent food.My food was first served to me too raw when I asked the waiter to change my plate he brought me burnt food, the food is bad it has no flavor I do not recommend this place I would not go againWe ordered lamb croquettes as a starter, delicious with a rich cream, and for the main course, gnocchi with exquisite Alfredo sauce. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service impeccable.Our waiter was good but my food was kinda bland. My wifes salmon came to her half frozen, then when it got sent back they gave it back to her practically burnt.It's worth it for the price
