Nice change of pace from your normal sitdown restaurants. Very lively and sometimes has live music as was the case on the day I visited. This is a cafeteria so you can get a lot of variety with one Mail.

Best gallo pinto in town, I love the food here. I got the chicken fajitas 2 days. Big plates with sides And all for a very good price, 120-140$C. Fantastic owners and lovely staff. Fans to cool you down in a lovely setting at the back covered with vines.

Nice place, the rustic tables and chairs and the decoration are very good. The buffet meal is very good, plentiful and inexpensive. The background music is so beautiful and its volume is just right!!! The staff and owners are very friendly. Go there without hesitation!!!

As a family of seven, we were delighted to find a restaurant that catered so well to both adults and children.I ordered an omelette, which was cooked to perfection—fluffy and filled with fresh ingredients. The rest of the family enjoyed a variety of traditional American dishes like pancakes and Nicaraguan dishes, including eggs, gallo pinto, and maduro. Every dish was delicious and authentically prepared, capturing the rich flavors of Nicaraguan cuisine. The gallo pinto, a staple in the country, was particularly flavorful and perfectly complemented by the sweet maduros.The service at Imabite was outstanding.
