I had the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were included in an anniversary plan. Let's start with dinner, where I was unfortunately disappointed. Given the location, one would expect haute cuisine, and what the plan includes isn't. The menu is very short and only included five options (baby beef, pan-fried chicken, yakimeshi rice, chicken rice, and Alfredo pasta). Being a special occasion, it should have a special menu as well. But that's not the biggest problem; the food was very ordinary, and the presentation left much to be desired. The rice, as served at home, was inappropriate for a place like this. Furthermore, the baby beef they brought me was accompanied by chimichurri, which isn't chimichurri.Breakfast was better; it had variety but was nothing out of the ordinary. Not everything is bad. The waiters' service is good, and in my case, it was my birthday, they were kind enough to help me. I have no complaints about the service; the only issue is the food.For the price of the food, you can get much better food elsewhere.

It's okay to visit once but for a second chance I would think about it. The service is quite good but the breakfast, for the price, lacks a bit. A continental breakfast, without any difference. For the price of 65,000 per person.

A good experience of accommodation, service, restaurant and bar. First class food.I would just say, take care of the restaurant service when it is full. The best baby filet.

I loved the experience I was there for breakfast and it went wonderfully, the staff is exceptional ♥️

I went with my mom to this place. There is a bad looking guy who I prefer not to mention his skin tone to identify him, but he stands out from all the other employees. This guy came to take our order the first time and I told him what I wanted, my mom was hesitant and I told him to please give us more time to take what my mom was going to order. The guy got angry saying that it was better to put everything in one order because of time and I don't know what nonsense; I told him not to worry. 15 seconds passed and my mom finally decided what she wanted, so she went to catch up with the waiter who was already on the computer placing the order, however, this guy told my mom that it was impossible because he "had already closed the bill", my sad mom returned to our table because she couldn't place her order. I had to tell another waiter who happened to pass by and he placed my mother's order without any problem. Seriously, this guy almost ruined one of the best vacations we've ever had. Even though we stayed in the same hotel, we suffered this mistreatment. I don't know if because we come from Mexico or what. They really can't have this guy serving people. Something I noticed is that a day before (Friday) a very very helpful girl seemed to be in charge and everyone else behaved up to par. This guy seemed to be in charge on Saturday and the others just as lackadaisical.
