The biggest disappointment of iFood. I have never been so disappointed with a delivery. I ordered a yakissoba.First disappointment: absurd delay: I ordered at 2:40 pm and it arrived at 4:20 pm, almost TWO HOURS for the order to arrive.Second disappointment: when the yakissoba noodles (fried noodles) arrived, they were separated (I wasn't expecting that). For those who don't have a plate or container to cook them, it's impossible to eat them.They should be clearer with this information in the order (What does someone who orders at work or a place without household utensils do?)Third disappointment: I went to assemble my order (mix the fried noodles with the sauce) and the sauce was completely thick, I couldn't even stir it, I had to add water and put it in the microwave).Fourth disappointment: I got two, yes TWO pieces of chicken and only about 3 or 4 pieces of broccoli, the rest was just broccoli stalks.Conclusion: IT TOOK TWO HOURS FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AND I HAD TO Assemble IT WITH WAITING WAIT FOR WATER WITH TWO CUBES OF CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STALKS...It seems like a joke. I prefer to think that I am unlucky to have had this bad experience than to imagine that it is the restaurant's standard.

I came on a Sunday night, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the food was very good. The waiter Roger was very attentive and helpful! I recommend it!
