There was a huge delay in the line because there wasn't a table for 5 people when we entered they wrote something extra on the order and when the dishes arrived it was bad only the gohan was acceptable the rest was all horrible the coffee was very cold!! The bathroom was rotten and smelled extremely bad. I will never go back I thought it was terrible!
I paid 54 reais for a plate of food whose main ingredient was tofu, which was extremely poorly prepared.I couldn't eat almost anything, and when I went to talk to the waiter, the answer I got was that he was going to "take it to the kitchen". When I politely made the same comment again to the cashier, the lady asked me if I WAS FRESH, without further ado. She said that the preparation was correct (it wasn't) and that I hadn't eaten tofu before (I had, I've been a vegetarian for 10 years).I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially because if you have any problem, they will treat you rudely.
I stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is super cozy, and everything is made with great care. I tried the iced tea and a snack—everything was very fresh and delicious. You can tell they really care about quality. I'll definitely be back!
The place is hidden at the end of the street, but it's worth a visit. It's the perfect, elegant spot for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal you won't find at other restaurants in the area. The food and drinks are unique and special. I recommend the cheese tonkatsu and the Geisha milkshake. The waitress is friendly at the door and explains the menu.
Rating 0, yesterday 28/06, we were seduced by the door attendant by her friendliness. We ordered our dishes, while still sipping our drinks, we were surprised by the manager, completely expressionless, without asking permission, throwing the tab on our table. I was startled and asked who asked for the bill... silence. I got up and went to say we weren't finished. The always expressionless response: for check... like the line moves. Hi... but I didn't ask. Morale, we couldn't even finish our drinks, and so angry... we left. I wanted to warn everyone at the door... go to another one and we'll get kicked out... about the food?? I don't even remember, I know, maybe it was tasteless and boring.
The employee who initially served us deserves congratulations. It's a shame I don't have his name, but he was the saving grace. The manager and other employees need to undergo customer service training. They don't pay attention, terrible service. We were asked to leave when we received the bill without finishing our meal. I do not recommend it!!!!
Excellent food but they reduced the portion size
