A great experience, they've never compromised on quality. The lomo saltado was very good, the meats were top-notch, and the sirloin Milanese was slightly dry.
The service was excellent.I ordered a 400g steak from the menu, and they brought me two thin 200g cuts. I didn't want to cause a problem. I think it completely discredits the brand I knew in Argentina.I expected more from this restaurant. I've been wanting to visit for a while, but I was disappointed. Their meats were pretty bad, tough, cold, and flavorless for what they charge. There's no consistency in quality, and their side dishes were bland, just bread and flavorless drippings. The service was average. I definitely don't recommend it, nor will I go back.Everything was great. Eduardo treated us extremely well and was friendly.
The meat was cooked to perfection.The cheese, salad, and meat buns were delicious.
The waiters were very friendly.What a bad experience! We went with friends for a birthday and we had the worst experience. 6 people, bill of 750 soles and meat that cannot be eaten, dry without flavor or salt. Attention like in any third-class restaurant but nothing to do with what La Cabrera used to be at some point.
