Visit Review: Disappointed Service and Quality Date of Visit: Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Regrettably, my experience at the establishment during my visit on June 4, 2025, was extremely disappointing. The quality of service and food has significantly decreased compared to previous expectations. Upon arrival, I ordered beef stroganoff. About half an hour later, I was informed that the dish was unavailable. As an alternative, I was offered a grilled chicken, which took another half hour to be served. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken did not meet the expected standards; it included pieces of chicken with excess skin and was accompanied by a lettuce salad that appeared to have been improperly washed. It is important to highlight the excellent service of the servers, who made every effort to mitigate the general discontent, implicitly acknowledging that the faults stemmed from the kitchen. It's striking that these inconveniences occurred despite the low number of diners; at that time, including us, there were approximately ten people in the restaurant. Other negative aspects worth mentioning were the excessively loud music, which was annoying, and the instability of the assigned table. The only satisfactory element of the meal was the juice. Otherwise, I consider the service and quality to be poor.

Good service, the food request does not take long. Affordable prices. There are several promotions, the simplest soup, dry food, juice, and coffee with cookies. For a price of 4.5$. The music: the volume is a little loud, so if you don't like a very high volume to go to eat, don't complain because it would be arriving at Karaoke time. It's a nice place. They sell a ton of beer
