Bad experience ordering home delivery, the order never arrived, we called them several times to check the status of the order and they rejected the call, we waited too long and in the end they didn't deliver it

Very bad experience with home delivery. They confirmed my order early on, and an hour and a half later, the order hadn't arrived. I called to check the status of the order, and after a long wait, they told me it would be delivered in 15 minutes. It was canceled because it had taken too long, and without further response, they said, "Okay," and hung up.

I ordered takeout, but it was a huge disappointment. I called to check the status of the order because it had been an hour and a half since I ordered it, and the delivery hadn't arrived. I canceled the order, and they weren't friendly or empathetic; that's not what you expect when ordering a service like that. I don't recommend ordering takeout.

Good food with a Mexican flair. I'd like to say so much more, but I honestly think you should go and form your own opinion. I would particularly recommend this place. The only downside I have to their tortilla soup is that they don't add chicken. If you like salsas, they have a wide variety here.

Well nothing extraordinary

This time we visited La Cantinflada, located on Bernal Avenue. The place has ample parking, a couple of tables were occupied, and is clean and tidy. The facilities are spacious. Order: • Tortilla Soup: Served piping hot in a basket-shaped wheat tortilla. The rich, creamy, and flavorful soup includes melted cheese, avocado, and fried tortilla triangles. • Wire Tacos: The wire tacos were well-seasoned, with crunchy vegetables and melted cheese. Refried beans and guacamole are served on the side. The beans were well-refried, and the guacamole is made with Salvadoran Creole avocado. It only comes with five tortillas; if they included extras, it would be an excellent dish. • Chicharrones: The plate is quite large, and there's no shortage of them. The chicharrones were crispy but dry; if they were juicy, they would have been a good choice. Refried beans, refried tortilla triangles, guacamole, chirimol, fresh salad, and dressing. • Mixed meat burrito: a wheat tortilla filled with refried beans, avocado, meat, and vegetables. Side dishes: chirimol, avocado salsa, and dressing. Good size and served piping hot. The drinks were very well presented. - Mineral water: served in a glass with ice and a quarter of a lemon. - Strawberry smoothie: a very creamy drink and served ice cold.The salsas were delicious: Chipotle, Jalapeño, Avocado, and Guajilla.Looking at the food served at other tables, the dishes were well presented and had a pleasant aroma.A Mexican restaurant that invites you to return. The staff is very attentive and the wait times are short.

A very bad experience. No one comes to give you the menu or tell you what you're going to order. I think the service is very poor. That's why it's 1 star.
