The food isn't spectacular. It's always empty, and the service is poor. If you're planning on eating with them on a business trip, don't. They're crooks and never send the bill, even if you leave everything and write to them in every possible way.

Super delicious... I hope the service is like this since I found it thanks to someone who already knows it and I hope the service in general is like this...

Very good and at a good price

Very delicious and traditional from Puebla! I went without being hungry and I cleaned my plate because it was so delicious, haha.

We went to eat this weekend, and the women's bathroom isn't working. You have to go to the men's bathroom, which is very uncomfortable because you can see a man peeing in the urinal. That was my case, and it was super uncomfortable. Worse than a cafeteria bathroom, to be honest, I don't recommend it at all because the whole place seems unclean.

If you need an invoice, don't shop here, especially if you're a local. They tell you they'll send it to your email, but they don't. You call any of the branches, and they ask you to call back later, or they promise to send it to you, and nothing happens. They should be responsible and help those of us who comply with our fiscal responsibilities.
