Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. It takes ages to get served and the food arrives both times I've been. You arrive and they don't even look at you; you have to find a table on your own and hope someone comes to take your order. On top of that, it's quite expensive.

Terrible service. We arrived and no one came to talk to us for over half an hour. We placed our order and they got the wrong order. The same thing happened to the couple at the other table. We waited for OVER an hour and they simply delivered the wrong order. An unorganized and extremely stressful place.

But what happened to this place? I'm a long-time customer and I returned today after a year without coming. They don't have the same things I used to order: bread with cold cheese inside, medium-rare meat that comes raw, no beer I asked for. In short, it's gone downhill... I recommended it to several people because it was always a place I liked, but now I'm no longer recommending it.

Poor service. Very disorganized. Takes a long time to deliver the food.

Nothing we ordered was available. The waiter didn't know what was available. No one served us, no one cleaned the table, and there was a leak on the table. I don't know if the food was good, because nothing was available.

Because there's no way to give zero stars. We were customers and ordered by phone. Today, to our surprise, we placed our order. The delivery time was longer because it was Friday; we waited almost an hour past the maximum delivery time. We tried several times to contact the company, both through Ifood and directly, with no response. It's incredibly disrespectful to the customer. And in the end, they canceled our order.

Cozy restaurant with great service and delicious dishes!! Congratulations Lá Chiviteria for the experience and for providing us with this romantic and pleasant moment! :)

The meat is of very good quality—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. A true Uruguayan grill, and the service is also very good.

High price and indifferent service. In addition, the meat is not cooked properly.
