Quite the experience I highly recommend this place for seafood lovers hands down one of the best seafood chains in North America

One of my favorite places in GDL.

The experience was very bad, and the service was even worse. From the start, we called our reservation to let them know we were 15 people, but they told us they couldn't set up extra tables until more people arrived, even though the place was half empty. They limited us to a reservation for eight, and every time we asked for help with an additional table, they refused or postponed it.We had to ask for drinks more than twice to arrive, and they still took forever. We asked to turn on the terrace lights, but were told it wasn't possible, that "the captain didn't allow it."We always felt rejected, disinterested, and completely unwilling to provide good service. It's clear that all they care about is getting people to come, but they're not willing to provide decent service. We definitely won't be back.
