The table was reserved for 30 people in the name of Mr. Juan Sánchez, our coordinator, Dr. Mariano Zepeda, Mr. Vinicio Ayala, and Mr. Leopoldo Millan. Administrators, from the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, especially from the waiters. My admiration and respect for the service, Rosita. I noticed that the source of employment there is for everyone. It's great that you employ teams made up of people from various generations; that speaks highly of you and Finca de Adobe. We were always attentive, always serving us with exceptional kindness and professionalism. The food was simply delicious, each dish traditional and prepared with care and authentic flavor. The atmosphere is perfect: cozy, peaceful, and with a unique charm that invites you to linger, like a fairytale garden. Without a doubt, a place we want to return to.As a very personal opinion of a diner on multiple visits, La Finca de Adobe already deserves a Michelin Star, as it consistently excels in the quality of its ingredients, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of culinary techniques, the chef's personality reflected in her cuisine, and the consistency over time in all her offerings. Highly recommended!I want to reminisce: we constantly hold our meetings there. We are a work family. We meet with people, both retired and active. I mean our retired colleagues, as for us they are colleagues who have taught us many lessons and provided us with unforgettable memories in our work areas.!!!!!! Congratulations Rosita ……!!!! I wasn't impressed... the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. The pork belly was so-so, I didn't even want to try it. The chilaquiles... hard tortilla chips with your choice of salsa. The stews they had... so-so, the bread was stale and dry. On the plus side, a fruit and juice bar was enough; that was good, and they made you the omelet of your choice, which was also delicious. The quesadillas were small but delicious, and two salads were tasty.In short, my first and last meal. I really wouldn't come back. There are too many people on Sundays. They should have two separate food bars, as people gather too closely and there's a long line to get anything.

What a lovely place! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It's always nice to come back.
