We had no wait on a Tuesday at 1pm but it was quite bustling inside the restaurant already. They have a huge menu which makes it hard to choose when you go for the first time. The ceviches we had were good but not mind blowing. I would say we have better ceviche in nyc. The uni were huge but doesn’t take like their more expensive cousins from japan/santa Barbara. Grilled seafood were mediocre at best, the same sauce went on everything. But it didn’t go with everything esp the scallops.They're all excellent... It's the first time I've had Vóngolese pasta with butter instead of olive oil. For something new, they went overboard with the butter. The ceviche and grilled octopus were perfect.the best cevicheria in lima!The food is great, the wait is super long but it helped that you could order food and drinks while you waited for a tableNicolas was a very talented host .
