For lunch it's fine!

Poor customer service over the phone. We wrote to make a reservation and were told the kitchen was closing soon. However, according to the opening hours, there were still two hours until closing time. They insisted they were closing even though we were 10 minutes away, and they would only serve us if we pre-ordered.
