The food was too simple, kind of bland, the service was not that good, I really don't recommend it.

We've been there three times and the food is bland or too salty. They take up to 30 minutes to serve, saying that the cook made a mistake.

Chilaquiles did not meet expectations; they were better served and tasted better at the tech store.

Rosy's food is delicious and has good prices, the service is slow especially when you need something extra like sauce, another drink or even the bill

Had a great experience here. Came on a Sunday afternoon, it was busy. Was told 10 minute wait but it was much less than that. Lots of options on the menu. It’s an old school café vibe. My favorite part was the prices; I found to be very cheap compared to restaurants in the US. I spent about $35 USD + tip on 3 entrees, coffee, and fresh juice drinks. Spanish is a big plus but if you don’t speak it I’m sure you will still be ok. When you’re done you can either pay with your server or up front and they accept USD. Would highly recommend and will come back.
