The place is very nice, especially after its expansion. The best are the empanadas and the regional dishes in general (locro and cabrito are the best). I don't recommend the turrón salteño, though; the meringue is poorly made (you can taste the sugar grains; it doesn't have the texture of a well-made meringue) with layers of puff pastry like a tart shell... a shame because it's typical of Salta and many tourists come here. For the rest, be aware that if you come during rush hour, you'll have to wait for service, but you'll get the best empanadas.

We ate empanadas, which were delicious. They're small but cheap. Excellent value. Prompt service.

This place is awesome: inexpensive, delicious local Saltanean cuisine. The empanadas and locro here were even better than at Doña Salta! Highly recommend.

Very bad service, the waiter was very rude, they brought the empanada reluctantly, I really don't recommend them.
