The attention is first class.
Conducive environment to be with family.The atmosphere is very well maintained, everyone maintains their professionalism, the restaurant is next to the pool and shows the plants. The air conditioning keeps the place quite cool. On the other hand, food becomes neglected. We ordered a jar of camu camu that was 35 soles, it came with a small piece of ice, but not frozen; My boyfriend's lomo saltado had a nice presentation, nothing extraordinary. The really exaggerated thing was my Amazonian chaufa which said it had cured meat and I couldn't find a single piece of cured meat, it only had jungle chorizo which was not fresh, it had an unpleasant taste for 42 soles. 🥲 I hope they improve the quality of their food, because for those prices they are not worth it.I went to the city of Pucallpa for 3 days and until they served me lunch at the hotel for the first time since I arrived I was able to enjoy an exquisite lunch, the vegetables to the point, the fish to the point of being cooked and the kindness, professionalism and courtesy of the staff or what to ask for more. I recommend La Plaza Restaurant 1000%Excellent atmosphere... good service, the staff is very friendly... good foodI had the steak and pieche.
