The waiter who serves is super polite. Don't pay attention to the bitter comment from the other guy.
I always go to this place when I'm looking for something different in Tacna.The other night I went and the waiter didn't want to give me dishes because he told me that what I ordered was too little and that I should just eat like that, it's unfortunate that the employees behave that way.
