Las Tres Piedras

I was actually waiting to resolve my dispute with this hotel. This service is good but the hotel room itself needs improvement. There’s no cleanliness a whole bunch of bucks all over the place to make things worse. We found a huge scorpion. We had to call somebody to come help us skillet. It was huge and they didn’t want us move into another room so please be careful if you go there. You don’t wanna get stung by a scorpion..

The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive, friendly, and very professional. They offered menu recommendations and were always attentive without being intrusive. It was clear they were well-trained and committed to providing a quality experience.

The food is not tasty at all, they have beef broth as an appetizer and it is only water with beef broth, the cheese on the pupusas tasted bad and they had dogs 🐕 inside the restaurant

Where do we begin? We stayed at Las 3 Piedras Hotel and Restaurant for three days, and it was nothing short of amazing. The breathtaking views, combined with the unmatched service and hospitality, made our stay truly unforgettable.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with kindness and efficiency. A special shout-out to Ever, Ernesto, Bettina, the pool attendant, and the entire staff! They are incredibly hardworking people who clearly take great pride in what they do.The chefs, waitresses, and waiters were all so friendly and delivered excellent customer service. The food and drinks were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. If we could give them 100 stars, we absolutely would.We highly recommend this stunning destination for your next vacation. The property is stunning, the staff were kind and they do have a restaurant on site that you can order room service from. There’s no atm on-site so be sure to bring tipping funds! Also, when ordering a car here from the airport make sure the driver knows where this hotel is. The address I put in uber took me to the wrong location, but I called the hotel and they spoke to the uber driver for me. I stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was gorgeous

I visited the restaurant today. A nice place to share with the family. Our waiter, Frank, was extraordinary. The food was super delicious. I loved the location and the views. It's definitely one of the best restaurants we've ever been to. I left super happy. ❤️

Excellent service today from Darlene in room service; the friendliest lady; I think they need more staff in this area, as I've noticed they're being severely overworked.
