It took them 40 minutes to make two basic burgers and there was no one in the place.

The place is pet-friendly. The burgers are delicious, the bad thing is how they handle things. I ordered the takeaway option a day in advance through their website. When I got there, it was packed, but I assumed my food was ready (it had been a while). They told me it wasn't ready yet and that I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. 🤌🏻. They don't even bother ordering there when the restaurant itself IS NOT INTERESTED. You order in advance with a specific time to pick up, and they don't have your order. It leaves a lot to be desired.

Bad attention, long delay

I placed an order and they told me to pick it up and take an Uber to pick it up, and they told me they didn't have it ready.Waste of time, money, and they're lying to you...

Service was extremely delayed. I went with friends and we waited 50 minutes and we had to go to the bar to get our food. The air smells bad and they need more ventilation. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. It's happened repeatedly.

45 minutes of waiting in a semi-empty establishment that promises "true American food" for a bland hamburger that only in the last bite fulfilled all the ingredients that it accused of on the menu, accompanied by the least cool fries in the history of that noble product. Luckily the "special" sauce was less cool, they were saved. For much less than that, the Yankees will send you away half of high school or invade some third world country promising freedom. I'm not even coming back
