The best lomito in Córdoba by a landslide. It has to be the Colón branch, no matter what, and it's best to eat it right there—it's a spectacle!

They have the most delicious lomito in Córdoba, but the experience of eating there or picking up food is a real headache. The restaurant either lacks the infrastructure or is poorly organized for so many people. A lot of people gather in the middle of the restaurant, where the checkout area, order pickup area, tables of customers who are eating, and the restroom area meet. This creates an unbearable traffic jam, obstructing people buying and waiting for their orders, delivery workers, waiters balancing to get through, people who are eating, and those who are using the restroom. The atmosphere is completely stressful: there are too many people, the murmuring of people, and the constantly ringing phone—it's not a place for those looking for peace while they eat.

After twelve years of not being in the country, I went! For what I paid, I expected the potatoes to be better presented! The tenderloin was delicious, but the potatoes with egg weren't, but I know the amount of people there could cause some issues due to such high demand! Beyond that, the service was impeccable, and the tenderloin was undoubtedly the most delicious! RECOMMENDED!
