Very nice but the service is sometimes bad

I stopped by for breakfast, but had the bad experience of having cockroaches in the restaurant. When I told the manager, he told me they had just fumigated, and that's why they were crawling around the tables.

Mmmm. Maybe I'm being too picky, but I only asked for a table in the children's area so I could watch my little one play and eat comfortably. But everyone from the waiter to the supposed boss refused to let me put the table in a corner where it wouldn't be in anyone's way, even though I was eating the most expensive dish on the menu. Terrible service. If their "policies" prevent it, then so be it. It wouldn't have bothered them at all to allow me a half hour to eat and watch the kid play.
