Super rich first quality service

Everything was delicious and Viviana and Matías provided excellent service.

Terrible. Last night, my partner and a friend and I went with the intention of having a glass of wine. Since we knew it was a steakhouse, we asked the hostess if we could come in for a glass of wine, but without requiring food service. She politely invited us to our table. After a while, a waitress approached us to offer us the menu, and when we asked for the wine list, she rudely told us that if we weren't going to eat, we'd have to leave. We explained that the hostess had previously allowed us in for a drink. However, continuing her contemptuous attitude, she told us that it wasn't a bar and that the hostess had made a mistake. We asked if we could please leave. Regardless of the confusion, I don't think it's the customer's problem that there isn't enough communication between staff, much less that the customer ends up paying for an employee's mistake. Beyond that, if a place is labeled "Meat and Wine," they should be able to offer wine service. A regrettable experience.
