The best restaurant in Trujillo. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is very cozy, and it has background music and a second course. The zarandajas are very good, and it's a great choice to consider and revive the Liberteña culture with Moche ingredients. The menu is very varied and excellent, and the seasoning is exquisite and undeniably one of the best. It's worth noting that most of the ingredients are organic and from their own farms.

From Peru to the world: Los Herrajes.I don't recommend it, their ceviche is horrible with frozen fish and a bad taste, there are places with lower prices and much better seasoning.Everytime I come to Trujillo, I must eat here!
