Very bad experience
This is the second time they've disappointed me
Yesterday I ordered a $15 Toro sampler
And it was such a bad dish
1. The amount of food on my plate was small
2. They gave me more fries than anything else
3. I asked for an explanation about the dish and they didn't give it to meI was hoping for a good dish and they disappointed me (again)And they justified it with (it's new management)A bar with appetizers and 4 plates on the menu:( They take too long to deliver the order. I ordered a ceviche and a hamburger and it arrived in 50 minutes... After I had a hard time getting them to bring me lemon, salt, sauces, kepchu, etc.I went to see the Spanish classic, I ordered a hamburger which took 60 minutes to arrive, they gave it to me without ketchup, I asked and they didn't bring me, as for the taste I give it a 5 out of 10.
At the end of the game they took my bill without asking, basically they took us out with the excuse that they had to clean up.
It is a new administration but it continues to be bad just like the previous one.Isn't this the place where you consume a quantity and then they charge you triple without telling you?
