I'm not one to complain about places or service, but unfortunately, Madero at Pátio Brasil is in a bad state.I've been there twice with coworkers in less than a week, and both times, the experience was terrible:- There was no manager on site.- Disorganized and apathetic service.- Staff visibly grumpy.- The order was wrong.- Soda only arrived after we finished our burgers.- The food was served cold, including the burger.- They didn't ask how cooked the meat was.- And they even added inappropriate items to the bill.The worst part is that we weren't the only ones: other tables were also complaining. It's frustrating to pay a lot and leave feeling neglected. I hope management takes action. The basics of service and quality need to be urgently reviewed.
