Good food, nice atmosphere. Terrible service. The waiters need to improve their service. They take a long time to take your order, they take a long time to bring it, they take a long time to bring the bill. You call, and they pretend not to see. Depressing.

I've been to this Madero restaurant in Boulevard Shopping Belém several times, just to come to a more specific conclusion. After all, there are times when the restaurant doesn't provide good service due to a problem or overcrowding. But the five times I've been, my experience has been the same: horrible. First, every time I've been, they always tell the front desk that the left side as you enter is reserved, and they never let us sit. On Thursday, I spent the entire afternoon there, from 2 p.m. onwards, leaving at the end of Happy Hour, and no one from that reservation arrived. What's the real problem with preventing customers from sitting where they feel most comfortable? Second, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Unprepared servers have their backs to the customer, making it so we have to practically beg to be served or for someone to see that we need service. Third, every time I've been, I've had to ask for cutlery because I believe they thought I would eat without it. On Thursday, I ordered a strawberry soda. It was far from being a soda, and the attendant didn't even ask if everything was okay after all the orders arrived. The strawberries tasted like they'd been blended. In short, this store is a far cry from the Madero standard I'm used to in São Paulo, Rio, Floripa, and Curitiba. Disgraceful!

Terrible service. I've been going here for years, but lately, the delays and lack of respect for customers have become increasingly frequent. Today I was with my pregnant wife and her 83-year-old grandmother. We waited for an hour without any plausible justification. I went to the counter, called the server, called the manager, and she didn't even come to the table. In the end, I had to cancel the order and go eat at McDonald's. Total lack of respect.

The worst steak in the world. The menu says Argentine ancho, but when you order it, it doesn't even look like roast beef, as it's pale and dry. The meat looks like it's been thawed several times. It's salty. They didn't even get the cooking right, as I asked for medium rare, and it came well-done. It doesn't even come close to a street-corner kebab joint, as there's a high turnover rate and the meat is fresh, unlike what I was served. The sides were reheated, and the egg farofa tasted like it was made at 9 a.m. The only reason they didn't spoil the vegetables was because they were microwaved. Terrible service, and I went at noon on Saturday!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Please, AVOID!

The service is terrible. You can order from three different people and no one will write down your order, and when they do, it can take ages to deliver or be forgotten in the kitchen.

The best burger I've ever had. Simply sensational. Perfect meat. Crispy, dry fries. Fresh salad.

Very bad and slow service, drinks are left on the counter and the ice ends up diluting the drinks.
