Good atmosphere, nice place, terrible service

According to the establishment's rules, gentlemen are not allowed in Sandals. They were kind enough to let us into the lounge area. Drinks were served quickly. I haven't tried the restaurant, but we'll definitely try it next time. The music is top-notch; it's loud, but the sound is very good. The bar area is nice and spacious, offering both domestic and international drinks. The waiters are extremely cordial and friendly. Even though it was our first time here, it's as if we were already regulars who come back often.

The atmosphere is very nice. Obviously happy, sadly we had a bad experience, they charged us for 8 extra beers, which we did not consume, and there was an argument due to the same situation... and logically, when inquiring with acquaintances, it seems that this often happens that they overcharge you... sadly the waiter removes the bottles from the table and that allows you not to demonstrate what you consume, but they do not check their cameras either when the situations occur because they know that the customer is not wrong

The short, chubby guy at the entrance isn't friendly. We were a large group who just wanted to have dinner, but the policies and service from the people at the door are terrible.
