Very nice we go several times a year with my wife, we really like everything, the food is very delicious, the starter excellent and we had the pleasure of sharing a dinner with Mirta Legrand at a table next to ours, nice experience. Thanks for the attention and details.

A very good dining experience, with carefully prepared dishes and flavors that are enhanced in each dish. The appetizers offer very delicate and exquisite flavors. The chernia (black grouse) served with humita purée as a main course is incredible, and finally, the reworked balcarse (bad-fish) is incredibly well executed. A very warm atmosphere with ocean views completes this high-end restaurant. The wine list is a bit high in price and lacks innovative white wine options to pair with fish. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

We went to dinner on Saturday with the proposal, we thought it was overrated, we didn't feel there was anything new in the dishes. Perhaps the day before we had attended the fish project boys' Faranorte and we felt that each dish greatly exceeded expectations along with the pairing. We thought or hoped that this proposal would raise that level and it simply did not happen that way. I wouldn't repeat. Santiago's attention was very good. There are 20 off paying with mode.

Beautiful place! The attention more than perfect! For food they brought us some complimentary snacks, which were very kind in offering me pregnancy-friendly alternatives. We ordered some sweetbreads as a starter which were very good! And for main we ordered the chernia and the sole. The chernia was spectacular, but I think the sole lacked flavor, although it wasn't bad. For dessert, there were no options that had caught our attention, so we didn't order. The dishes are abundant and very nice presentation. The waiter who served us was really very friendly at all times. The atmosphere is really very nice, even the bathroom has a very Instagrammable anteroom hahaha. They have valet parking but we couldn't use it because it was full, and unfortunately it was raining, so we had to park in front and cross. It has a discount with Santander mode.

It is the 2nd time we go with my husband. The first time, 2024, we had a good experience but last night the food was disappointing. Very little variety of dishes and for my taste, they go beyond gourmet cuisine. I ordered a squid ink risotto. INEDIBLE. Super salty, with a burnt taste, 0 fishy taste, the squid is practically raw and impossible to digest. I was going to return them and out of shame, I ate them. My husband had a super salty rib eye with seaweed chimichurri. Honestly I would NEVER go back again. We ate very badly. The prices are reasonable for being the restaurant of a 5-star hotel but our second experience was very ugly to the point that we both ended up with a bad stomach. A shame. I don't have any photos because the bad food I ate didn't make me want to take even one. THE BEST...THE PIANIST. HE CONTRIBUTED TO THE TOPICS AND WHEN I CONGRATULATED HIM HE CAME TO OUR TABLE VERY KINDLY TO GREET US. Very good attention.

It's the second chance I've given myself. It seems to me that they go too far from Gourmet. The explanation of the dishes is unimaginable to make it an attractive taste. Sophisticating food so much ends up being a picture that no one understands. Tastes end up being confusing. Everything is salty and a simple cut of meat with a slice of potatoes ends up being a bomb with excess tastes that make you lose your senses. The only dessert that was delicious was taken out. Thanks to Santander who refunded me 25% because otherwise it was very expensive. I should ask the Hotel for a refund for the digestive salt I had to take at night.

The Valentine's menu was spectacular, both for me and my boyfriend. Each dish consists of unique flavors and special, fresh ingredients. The guys' attention was very good, giving us a review prior to each step, which makes for a wonderful experience, in addition to the complement of the pairing. It should be noted that a live pianist is added to the experience. I recommend this restaurant in Mar without a doubt.
