Excellent experience without equal, meat preparation at its recommended point

I went for my birthday. Oh, what a big mistake. It's actually a family tradition, but this time, EVERYTHING went wrong.First, the waiter who served us was offended by a completely naive or innocent joke and refused to serve us anymore, sending another waiter, which seemed unbelievable to me.Then, we ordered several identical meat dishes, cooked differently. To figure out which was which, the backup waiter asked us to cut the meats and find out for ourselves, like a treasure hunt.We ordered a fairly well-known dish, the Byzantine sirloin. The menu says it has chorizo, and not just the menu. My family and I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years, and it has always had chorizo, but apparently the recession has hit hard, and now they serve sausages or hot dogs of little to no quality, in my opinion. When we complained to the waiter and then to the manager, we received another unheard-of response: "It's Venetian sausage, and Venetian sausage is chorizo." So, apparently, to the manager, sausage is chorizo, and chorizo ​​is probably Kobe beef.After our complaint, they brought us chorizo ​​on a plate to compensate us; we were a table of 10 people. It was hilarious because of the audacity of the waiter, under (probably) orders from the manager, to bring us this small gift; evidently, we didn't receive it.Ultimately, nothing was done despite the dreadful night we had to endure, which made me ask the manager what his final response or answer was to all the irregularities that occurred that night, to which he replied, "We'll work on resolving it for future occasions," and charged us the full bill.It was truly a surreal, dreamlike, and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend it at all.
