Try the Cuy, you will be surprised how good it is. The lamb shank was great. The kids liked the alpaca tenderloin.Highly recommend. This was the third best restaurant we went to in Peru. The other two are on the world’s top 10. NYT. Number one and number nine. We paid five times as much.Everything was delicious! The vegan ceviche was incredible :) and the Andean cause!Sublime.. from the service to the super refined food..
Michelin star restaurantWe have been on a journey to find the best lomo saltado and have to say this place rose to the top of our list.. the sauce has the much needed smoky flavour from the wok, the potatoes were beautifully cooked..everything was like a piece of art. We had both the pulpo for the starter and main. Recommend the starter option. Main was pretty but sauce was a bit sweet for me. We may come back again!
