To be fair, the food was impeccable. But the service was disappointingly slow. I was the only guest, yet 20 minutes after ordering, they told me the appetizer was unavailable and asked me to choose another. Just an appetizer and a main course ended up taking over two hours.Good Peruvian food. Service is excellent.No coordination among staff. If your breakfast is until 10:30, it's served until that time. You don't close at 9:45.A nice and safe placeI'm back for the second time, just to give them the benefit of the doubt. The buffet service lacks variety. Appetizers today: ceviche and acevichado tiradito (both bland), two types of salad with native potatoes, sirloin carpaccio, appetizers, and semolina soup. Main courses: white rice, beans, dry meat (actually beef buerguignon), garlic fish, Mediterranean chicken (overcooked and dry), pork chops in BBQ sauce and steamed vegetables, and vegetable pie. The only redeeming feature was the sirloin carpaccio. The dessert table, with six varieties, was very appetizing, but not spectacular. As for the drinks, they were acceptable. The place is quiet, the decor is subdued, and the music is soft enough to allow for conversation.
