We had a fantastic time with phenomenal food! Diego, our server, was a class act. It doesn't shout, it doesn't compete, it simply expresses itself with character, honesty, and elegance.The menu is Peruvian, but reinterpreted with the instinct and sensitivity of chef Arlette Eulert, who creates a menu where each dish speaks of origin, memory, and determination.The atmosphere is relaxed yet thoughtful, with warm service and a welcoming energy that invites you to return.🍽️ My Favorites:
• Duroc Pork Tomahawk Tonkatsu (500g) of pink, flavorful meat, well-breaded with Japanese panko, fried to perfection and served with French fries.
• The Porchetta Casserole: A comforting, flavorful dish with that elevated homemade touch that excites.
• The Oysters: fresh, elegant, served with a balance of acidity and saltiness, perfect as a starter.Matria isn't just cooking; it's personal expression served on a plate.
