No one is able to serve you at the checkout, and the food is bad and expensive.

It's a fast-food restaurant, but it has a drawback: if you don't have a debit or credit card, you have to find or ask someone to take your order. I think that even if it's a person, they should be at the register because in our country, some people don't like to use their cards anywhere. There's almost no contact with the staff anymore.

Very slow in repairing orders

The facilities and atmosphere are nice and pleasant. The staff isn't very friendly. I had breakfast, and the coffee was awful, bitter, the worst I've had at any branch. I had to throw it away and pour another one at the refill area; it was a little better.
