While I went for the fond memories of the old Espiria mansion, I wasn't disappointed, but I expected at least a comparable quality from this new era. From 9 p.m. until midnight, there were four tables, no exaggeration, on a Saturday. The place was a 10-point spot as always and well-maintained, the food a 9-point spot, hot and plentiful, with an appetizer included. The only correction was the mustard sauce that coated the veal with potatoes; it was too strong, and it needed to be reduced with cream or milk to tone it down. The veal with mushrooms and vegetables was a 10-point spot, no complaints. And the beer on tap was very reasonably priced, even though there were only two options. The music was unsympathetic, only trap music all night and loud. It didn't fit with the atmosphere. It wasn't a bad experience, but I prefer to remember what it was.

The place is cozy and adorable

Unfortunately, my experience at Espiria was very disappointing. The service left much to be desired: unprofessional, disorganized, and with little interest in the customer. The dishes were visibly old and neglected, which doesn't give a good impression.The bread was mediocre, and both the jams and cheese seemed of poor quality. The coffee was very weak, and the tea even worse. To top it all off, when we arrived at 10 a.m., they had already run out of croissants—a staple for any breakfast.I don't recommend it and definitely wouldn't return.

Beautiful, unforgettable mansion... Very good service... friendly, kind... Helpful... reasonable prices... food, they should invest in a good chef... It's a shame they waste that mansion.
