It is unfortunate that they do not know how to provide good customer service... I went for a dish from the Italian menu... and it was expired... they did not give me a solution or apologies for the corresponding, in fact they charged me for the soda that came in the combo... they do not have a complaints book nor do they issue tickets at the time of requesting them, which by law, they should issue them on the spot... I do not recommend it at all... there is no cost or benefit.An excellent experience at this restaurant. The service is friendly and efficient, the service is fast, and the location, very convenient near the city center, is ideal. The place stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, order, and truly thoughtful presentation.
