We had the Arabic dinner. Everything was very good and very reasonably priced. We also loved the service; the owner is very friendly.

We visited Midbar on a Saturday night. With the double portion, I enjoyed the Middle Eastern selection. Cold dishes are served at the refrigerated counter, including a spectacular egg salad. Hot dishes are served at the table, with the option of seconds. A highlight for my palate were the varenikes, the best I've ever tasted. Everything was so good I didn't even have time to take a picture. The service is very friendly; Sara, the co-owner, is very cordial and explains everything with great pleasure. They frequently asked if everything was okay and if we wanted anything else. The atmosphere is very cozy, with walls filled with stories of Israel and Jewish culture.

Great value for money. Excellent food!
