Flavorless food. I ordered medium-rare salmon, which came well-done and tasteless! The side dish was also flavorless! If you're going to enjoy it as a bar, it's fine, but I don't recommend it as a restaurant!

Although the night we visited this wonderful rooftop we had a storm that ruined our stay at the top but we moved to another level to an indoor dining room and everything was great,especially service was way better,professional and faster than every other place! We had tacos and the Peruvian Lomo Salvador,both were great,the prices were bit expensive but fair and overall was a great place in the heart of Cartagena

Mirador Baru is a spectacular place. We always invite you to come and enjoy this wonderful experience! We were served by Elías Girado, who was always attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I don't understand how this restaurant has such good reviews. I had a terrible experience celebrating my birthday. From the start, communication was terrible. I was informed that I had to pay a consumable voucher of $130,000 per person, and a week later, when I was ready to transfer, they tried to charge me a higher amount. I showed them the screenshot with the original price, and they deleted the WhatsApp message.Afterward, I made the transfer as agreed and was told they hadn't received the money, which forced me to initiate an investigation with my bank. The bank confirmed that the transfer was received that same day. Only after I told them my lawyer would take care of it did they magically acknowledge the payment.They never offered me an apology for all the stress they caused me. The experience was a complete disappointment.Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place, especially if you plan to go with a group. It's run by dishonest people. The view doesn't make up for the bad time or the attempts to overcharge you.

We made a reservation for a large group, and from the start, the experience was frustrating. We were asked to make a deposit, which we paid via bank transfer and promptly sent the receipt. However, for several days we were told the transaction didn’t show up. They kept redirecting us to their Accounting department, which also had no answers. Only after we mentioned that our lawyer would be getting involved did the payment suddenly “appear.” Our bank confirmed the payment had been received the same day we sent it. Still, they applied a lower-than-market exchange rate for the dollar, but we chose not to argue to avoid further complications.When we arrived, the handling of the deposit was a complete mess. They told us that if we ordered from a different floor, we couldn’t use the prepaid credit, then said we could, then changed their minds again. In the end, they mixed everything up and applied the deposit however they wanted. We ended up being charged more, as if we had consumed more than what we had already paid for—which wasn’t the case.A very unprofessional experience. Definitely not recommended for large groups.

Nice rooftop bar. Lively with great drinks!

I really like this place! This time I went for breakfast and it was great! The service was exceptional and I loved the music. At night, the terrace is very pretty and offers various activities.
