Paiche rolling is incredible 😍The regional chaufa that I ordered is the best in all of Iquitos that I have tried to date, I doubt they will surpass it...the flavor of the cured meat and the good aromasWe showed up at 3:58pm when he was closing up at 4:00pm, and he still offered to cook for us. Food was delicious and very welcoming.Very nice place, but the "frozen camu camu" is pure foam, the cecina is needless to say :(The atmosphere isn't as pretty, but the food is quite pleasant. The regional dishes are hearty and delicious, not as expensive as other restaurants, and they're fresh.
