Bad hygiene, you can go eat wings but there is no soap to wash your handsTerrible service from employeesOur drinks wasn't enough cold.Honestly, the wings were delicious, although the waiting time is approximately 20 minutes and one or another can come out half way through. But something they need to improve, in my opinion, is customer service. I arrived, asked if they accepted cards and they told me yes. Then, in an indifferent tone, an employee tells me that they would charge me an additional 5% for payment by card, and in a heavy tone, the other employee tells me that the minimum consumption with a card is $10... that is, I understand that they want to sell more, and that they have their policies, but the way of communicating this to the customer must be tactful, considering that the customer always expects good treatment.Very nice place that you can visit with family and friends to enjoy delicious food and cold drinks.Don't go to a bad place and mistreat the employees. I don't recommend it
