Horrible food, terrible service. I went with a friend and my girlfriend to celebrate a birthday. My girlfriend was served some terribly tough meat, painful to eat. We told the waiter, and he took our food away. But then he didn't say anything. When I asked, he told me that the charge was because we had already eaten part of the plate. Although we had eaten part of it, it seems no one bothered to check the terrible state of the food they had served us, nor did they offer an apology; instead, they assumed a combative attitude. On top of that, they were buffoonish thieves. The food was terrible, and the service's reaction to the incident was terrible. I paid 274,000 pesos for an ugly and uncomfortable moment. One would think that for those prices, service is guaranteed, but it was horrible. I feel ripped off.

The atmosphere is excellent and the food is the same.

My favorite restaurant in Cúcuta, I recommend the dish "two peppers" (or three peppers, I can't remember) cut into pieces, not whole, it's delicious, try it!
