Everything was delicious and the service was good. They just didn't tell you that the desserts on the cart are separate, not with the cost of the buffet.

Horrible experience at this place, upon arrival I asked several employees or waiters if they could help me with cake to celebrate my brother’s birthday, well approximately 40 minutes passed after we ate and I told them if they could bring it, because I only saw that they were going to other tables with cake and never to mine, another time passed and I told them again and nothing, they were bringing me the cake but they continued taking it to other tables, then for the third time I told a waiter and he told me he was going for the cake, about half an hour passed and he comes to tell me that there was no more cake, that there was only gelatin, the truth is I got upset and I told him: well, since the gelatin is fine, well without exaggerating, approximately another half hour passed and they never brought me anything, I better asked for the bill and paid by card and ooooh surprise how good to add your tip of 850 pesos hahaha they are crazy, for an INFAMOUS service !!!! I told him to cancel the ticket and charge me only what I consumed, without leaving a 50-cent tip. As I was leaving, two servers approached me less than a meter away and still managed to sarcastically tell me, "Have a good time, we hope you enjoyed your meal." I mean, I can't understand how this kind of thing can happen in places like this. Even though servers admit their mistakes and stay quiet, I don't know what's wrong with them, jumping up and down with customers. If the service had been good, I wouldn't mind leaving an $850 tip, but with that attitude, they didn't even deserve a thank you.
