I ordered two chiles en nogada to pick up and asked that they be bagged and checked separately because one is vegetarian and the other is regular (I can't eat pork).When they arrived, they were together, and they told me it didn't matter and that it was fine because the chef had marked them.After I marked them, I told them I was requesting it that way because they had already made a mistake last year and mixed them up. I had to come back from across town to get them changed and that I didn't want it to happen again this year.What did the woman do? She grabbed another bag. I told her I wasn't asking for another bag and that it didn't matter anymore because the order had been placed together and that they could have already made a mistake. That's why I had made the request.What's the point of asking about your allergies when you go to eat at a restaurant if they don't care about your requests when you order to go?There's a reason I asked for extra precautions, because I can't eat pork.In short, terrible service from the lady who was serving at the muralito. Train her in customer service, and if she doesn't like being in front of the public, relocate her to avoid these kinds of situations.It's a shame because her nogada is delicious, but it's better to go to Casa Reyna or La Casa de los Muñecos, where they do accommodate your dietary requests.
