Good pisco sour. Really bad amazonian carbonara (ultra salty, asked if something could be done and returned the plate the exact same)
We stopped in here on our first visit to Central Lima, wanting to try pisco and the name of this place sounded fitting. We spent most of our day here. We sat at the bar and Georgina gave us a sample of a Pisco that had a mango flavor. We then ordered Pisco Sours for our group. They were by far the best I’ve tried. They were tart and amazing. Georgina explained the process and what makes one better than the others. We order Anticuchos and they did not disappoint. I will certainly return if lucky enough to be in the area. The price paid equaled the high quality.
Of the four courses we ordered, we only liked one. The hot one was very light. The "something with you" cocktail tasted too much like syrup. Kañac didn't allow us to taste all the ingredients listed on the menu; the alcohol tasted too strong. The Doña Lucha cocktail was good.
I've been there, and they have a variety of innovative cocktails. The single and shared plates are good, although they're about average in price.
Great drinks, but staff didn’t know much English which made the tasting more challenging. Service was quite slow
Incredible, I would come back a thousand times.
